Cancellation by Site / Customer
After placing the order, we start processing them and the orders are freshly made. Hence it is not possible for us to cancel the order, after 2 hour of placing the order. Please contact us in case you want to cancel the order within this time frame.

In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order as a Store Credit, which can be used on future purchases.

Refund Policy

Panji Sweets offer refund only for the following three conditions:

If the product is not received even after 3 days of promised delivery date
Product lost while shipping
If you have received spoiled productFor 1 & 2, Please make sure that you intimate us on the day of the delivery which was promised to you. In the mean time please call to your local courier hub and inquire the status of your parcel too by tracking code of courier given at the time of booking shipment confirmation.
For 3, it only covers products received in spoiled condition during transit. It does not cover food items which may get spoiled because of improper storage at customer’s premise.

To avoid spoiling, please ensure on receipt of your delivery, please ensure that products are stored correctly. All sweets must stored appropriately in a cool dry place and away from light. All unopened Savoury must be stored in a cool dry place and away from sunlight. Once opened the Savoury Mixes must be stored in an airtight container in a cool and dry place away from sunlight.

we will exchange spoiled items or give you a full refund for the items, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unused, uneaten and intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns where it is apparent that the product has been used, or partially eaten.These conditions do not affect your statutory rights.

Returns period
UK returns must be received by us within 7 days of you originally receiving your order. Four days should be allowed for postage, so please ensure your item is posted within 2 days of receipt.

Returns procedure
If you wish to return goods to us, you must contact us before hand on so we can give you information on how to return your goods and we can expect it in the post from you. Please write to us, for reporting items received in spoiled condition along with all the necessary proofs (such as pictures of the spoiled sweets etc.).

If you have requested a refund, replacements of a lower value than the returned goods, or no return instructions are specified, any refund due will be credited back to the card used to pay for the original order. We will let you know as soon as the refund has been processed.

If you have requested replacements of a higher value, any difference due will be charged to the card used to pay for the original order.

You must return the goods with a note including the following information: Order number, name, address, contact telephone number and email address, return reason and details of refund or replacement required.

Please note that Panji Sweets cannot offer refund for the following reasons:

1) Shipment cannot be delivered because of the Recipient unavailability or wrong address.
2) Shipment cannot be delivered due to premises locked.
3) Shipment cannot be delivered because of the Wrong contact number, unreachable contact number and no-reply contact number.
4) Wrong orders placed by the customer and once the product is shipped.
5) If recipient refused to accept the products.
6) User didn’t intimate us in the mentioned time frame.

Refund settlement
Payment refund process will take 5-7 Working days.
